Internet marketing - How do I gain expert status with this?

" I want to be seen as an expert in my field. How do I do this with internet maketing and blogging?"

This question came as a result of a survey my colleagues, The Blog Squad, sent to a group of folks who registered for a teleseminar we were hosting. Patsi, Denise and I were very pleased with the number of people who responded to the survey. When people respond to our surveys it allows us to continue to provide the kind of information people need and want in order to grow their business.

Here is my response to Kenneth's question....

In order to be seen as an expert in your field there are a few things you can do. One is to write articles specific to your markets needs and wants. Your articles need to identify a problem (or point of pain) and provide a solution.

You can post your article on online directories and you can post to your blog. Additionally, you can post in forums that are specific to your market.

The more valuable the information, the more you will be viewed as an expert. See what Patsi Krakoff has to say about this.
